O seminário “An integrated approach to safeguard tangible and intangible heritage in the Mediterranean historical centre”, realizado a 14 de Janeiro de 2008 no Cairo reuniu alguns dos parceiros MEDINS, dando lugar a mais uma discussão sobre o Património Material e Imaterial.
A Universidade de Évora esteve representada pelo Prof. Doutor Filipe Themudo Barata que proferiu uma comunicação intitulada: “Sustainable Development, Heritage and Ecomuseums”.
Este encontro foi organizado pela HERIMED (Association for the documentation, preservation and enhancement of the Euro-Mediterranean Cultural Heritage) e CULTNAT (Center for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage) no âmbito do projecto, permitindo a participação de diversas universidades e instituições.
